The RLBA's recent publication 'Digital Building Logbooks in the UK - A Primer' was produced to give the background to the emergence of Digital Property Logbooks in the UK property market.

It charts the work done to create the Logbook market and compares the UK roll-out of Logbooks - primarily driven by the Buying & Selling industry - with that of Logbooks across Europe where Retrofit is the driving force.

It also highlights the areas of national and local policy that Logbooks could be supporting, with more support from Government.
